Dr. Malcoun wants therapy to be affordable to you and offers a limited number of sliding scale slots for those demonstrating need.
Payment is due at the time of your visit except when negotiated otherwise. Individuals using their HSA account, who are limited to credit card or online payment, may use the online option to send payment via US mail. Please note that Dr. Malcoun cannot guarantee the confidentiality of online transactions beyond what is guaranteed in the PayPal policy.
Dr. Malcoun does not accept insurance but will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your provider if you for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to determine what percentage of the fee you will be reimbursed by your provider for out-of-network services.
